The Vancouver-based film and live entertainment team Chine Promotions Inc. brings to its ventures experience and expertise that spans the Pacific Ocean and embraces almost every facet of the entertainment industry.

Hong Kong born partners Caterina Chu and Kevin Liu have, between them, credits that include producing and hosting radio and television programmes, creating and directing television commercials, working on feature films and documentaries, and promoting feature films, concerts and special events. Ms Chu, an accomplished script writer, director and producer, is active in promoting film culture and has worked with the Vancouver Chinese Cultural Centre in organizing several Chinese-language film festivals. A communications graduate of the University of Windsor, Mr. Liu has an extensive background in film and video art direction and broadcast programming and currently hosts a daily talk-show on Fairchild Radio.
